Shipping policy

1. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders of Rs. 5,000 or more (prices in PKR). Orders below this amount are subject to a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250.

2. Processing (Handling) Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days within Pakistan

4. Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. 

5. International Shipping (If Applicable)
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We plan to launch international shipping soon—stay tuned!

6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or remote areas with limited courier access. If your shipping address is in a restricted area, we will contact you as soon as your order is placed.

7. Delivery Issues

8. Service & Installation (If Applicable)
For items requiring installation or special handling, additional fees may apply. We'll notify you in advance for confirmation.
